I just picked up some 6 packs of pansies (many colors available) at the Lowe's on Maize Rd for 50cents per pack! They have quite a few of them on the "distressed" plant racks, however these look just as healthy as the ones that are $1.89!
There are also a number of daffodils and tulips there for 50cents as well.
